How did I get my energy back

Everything that I am about to share does not mean it happened at the same time. It was gradual process but yes this is what has helped me. There are times that I pause and realise that I actually have energy. Hm is more like body was use to certain way of being and because is not like it anymore it seems different and unfamiliar. That is ok because now one can recognise changes. There has been times where I would subconsciously do things to go back to the way I was feeling, again because it was something new.


What I came to realise is that things are always changing, even if we are aware it or not, the cosmos and universe also plays their part, but yet as this is not so much spoke about we do not pay it any attention. We are evolving, but the sad thing is not everyone is willing to.


Right I will do my best to go back in time to recall earlier choices and changes that happened.


  1. FREQUENCY- I have done enough research to understand how frequency is playing very very big part, I will not do to too many details here but feel free to do your own research. In 1953 Worldwide agreement was signed for instruments to be tuned to 440hz.

All the mainstream music in today's world that we listen to is played at 440hz, which is a frequency that does not harmonize with our being, in fact is the opposite, and may play a part to lowering our vibration. classical music such as Mozart, Beethoven we tuned at 432hz. It has much more calming, relaxing effect and it resonates with our being. I suggest you see for yourself, go play music at 432hz and become aware how you feel. I have been listening frequencies which do harmonise with my body and the mind until this day. At one point I experienced physical healing.

It is not only what I listen but what I speak and what words I use.


2.) AWARNESS- I learned and practiced to become more aware, of myself more, my thoughts, actions, patterns, habits, environment, people, and lifestyle in general, it was and still is a working progress, but awareness is like 80% achievement towards leading and living better life! I payed attention to things that I noticed might need changing, and one by one I found ways to change certain things. What is holding me back right now? What can I do to change it? or at least make a first step?


3.) I STOPPED DIETING! - This would be a whole blog so in short I stopped counting calories, I stopped resitting, I stopped having inner war in regards to food. I eat once or twice per day, no restrictions anymore! I eat when I am hungry and I eat foods that my body is asking for, I am naturally fasting with no effort and I do have much more energy just by doing that, Our body is constantly changing and adapting in this life. I eat organic where I can and minimum processed food. I take time to read the ingredience and avoid chemicals. I learned to trust my body and my body knows what is needed I would not listen to it. I'd rather search and listen somebody to tell me what to eat and when to eat. Not one size fits all, and we are all different. Believe it or not, you know exactly what you need, are you listening though? I consciously made new new food choices, and mostly I eat healthy foods, but yes I also eat junk if I feel like it for a day. I am just not beating myself up for it and feel quilt because that is worse than the actual food. It's about what relationship I have with food and I take some time to show gratitude and send loving energy to it when I can :)


4.) WATER - Tap water is full of shit, is dead first of all, has added chemicals. I drink bottled water only with PH 7.5 and above, as alkaline as possible. A lot of bottled water is acidic so read your labels :) Water in bottles is also dead most of the time so before I drink and whenever I remember I charge my water. It could be with intention of giving gratitude and love, healing and visualising vortex making it alive. Our mind and intention is so so powerful but sadly we have have been supressed to this information from early years.


5.) KOMBUCHA - Oh my, well I can very happily say that Since the beginning of this year I drink kombucha every day, now I brew my own which is so much cheaper and I know is as natural as possible, gut health is so so important and Kombucha is a probiotic drink which is necessary for balancing the bacteria in our gut. Today's food has been pretty much much stripped of probiotics, but you can always get fermented unprocessed food and Kombucha, is supper easy to make. My tummy doesn't bloat anymore and by balancing the bacteria the body will automatically be functioning better.


5.) OUT OF COMFORT! - I change routines, I try new things when I can and try to approach things differently, fear is a illusion, and there are different ways we can look at it. What works for me is that every time I feel fear I look at it as a indication that part of me is about to grow and step towards more freedom of who I am. I could practice with simple and small things but eventually it all adds up and is very very powerful to grow, expand, open for new possibilities. What is the worst thing that can happen?


6) TAKE ACTION - Sometimes I am ready and sometimes I am not and that's ok, I do my best. Everything is happening for a reason, but every time I feel an insight, or it comes to me I just do it. I remind myself to surrender and don't think about it, once the mind gets involved, with it's way to stop you you are more likely not to take the action you do want to take at the time. Mel Robbins has great approach, the 5 SECOND RULE, count from 5 to 0 and physically move towards it. One last thing to bare in mind is to be kind to yourself knowing you are doing enough. having nice relationship to yourself is very important.


7.) TRUST & ACCEPT - This can be hard, well at least was for me at some point. But I decided I will no longer look for validation from the outside to know if I am doing something right, I learned to pay more attention to the heart and know if it feels right or it doesn't. I am more and more getting in place of acceptance. Everything comes from within. If I don't accept myself or trust myself fully I never be living the life I am suppose to. I showed more compassion towards myself and with what I do and how I live my life.


8.) TUNING IN AND WELCOMING THE CHANGE - No day is the same anymore, I chose to listen to my heart and I let go of what was no longer serving me, I learned to be ok with change and welcome it into my life. Everything is constantly changing and and we have a choice to with it and welcome it.


9.) SINGING & DANCING - No need to say much about this but singing has been in my life a lot lately, especially songs that speak to my soul and leave me feeling great. Dancing freely how my body wants to move and explore.


10.) PEOPLE - I am really mindful about who I keep close in my life right now. Do I feel supported? Can I be me? Can I express myself freely? Do I feel connected? Does it feel right? Just ask...


11) HEART - Yes I mentioned quite few things above but what I am realising more and more is that living from the heart will improve, heal everything. coming back to the heart and living from space of love is everything. Living from the heart will lead to highest vibration possible. Perhaps is that simple.
